Our Red Bean Mochi Rolled Mantou is a delightful celebration of classic flavors and artisanal care. We begin with our signature pillowy-soft mantou dough, beautifully rolled to frame a timeless, comforting center.

The heart of this rolled mantou features a rich red bean paste that we proudly cook from scratch in our own kitchen. Specially crafted to be low in sugar and low in oil, it allows the natural, earthy sweetness of the red beans to truly shine. Paired with a layer of mochi that give you the chewy texture, the contrast of textures creates an absolutely perfect combination.

Our mantou are available chilled or frozen. If you're lucky, you can even get them fresh out of the steamer! Because we work in small batches, we never mass-produce or keep large frozen stocks, ensuring every bun is as fresh as possible.

How to prepare?
1. Take out the mantou from the freezer.
2. Defrost the mantou about 15 mins room temperature or chiller overnight.
3. Boil a pot of water.
4. Steam the mantou for 7 mins.
5. Ready to serve
