Made with fresh pumpkin flesh and filled with smooth homemade taro paste, this handcrafted mantou combines the natural sweetness of pumpkin with the rich, earthy flavour of yam. A sprinkle of melon seeds is added to the filling, bringing a delightful crunch and subtle nutty aroma to every bite.

Our mantou are available chilled or frozen. If you're lucky, you can even get them fresh out of the steamer! Because we work in small batches, we never mass-produce or keep large frozen stocks, ensuring every bun is as fresh as possible.
How to prepare?
1. Take out the mantou from the freezer.
2. Defrost the mantou about 15 mins room temperature or chiller overnight.
3. Boil a pot of water.
4. Steam the mantau for 7 mins.
5. Ready to serve
