Purple Rice Rolled Mantou

Soft and fluffy mantou are a healthy and colorful treat made with purple sweet potatoes and purple rice. The sweet potato gives them a light, natural sweetness and colour, while the purple rice adds a mild nutty flavor and a nice chewy texture. They get their beautiful, bright purple color entirely from nature, so there are no artificial dyes involved. Our mantou are available chilled or frozen. If you're lucky, you can even get them fresh out of the steamer! Because we work in small batches, we never mass-produce or keep large frozen stocks, ensuring every bun is as fresh as possible.

How to prepare?
1. Take out the mantou from the freezer.
2. Defrost the mantou about 15 mins room temperature or chiller overnight.
3. Boil a pot of water.
4. Steam the mantau for 7 mins.
5. Ready to serve
