Enjoy a taste of tradition with our Pandan & Coconut Gula Melaka Mantou. We start with homegrown pandan leaves, blended fresh to give our dough its natural soft green color and sweet, floral aroma.
For the heart of the bun, we don't take shortcuts. We source freshly shredded coconut straight from the market to ensure the best texture and aroma. The coconut is then slow stir-fried with authentic, premium Gula Melaka. This creates a filling that is incredibly fragrant, with a deep caramel sweetness that perfectly complements the fresh pandan. Every bite is soft, juicy, and bursting with the real flavors of home.

Our mantou are available chilled or frozen. If you're lucky, you can even get them fresh out of the steamer! Because we work in small batches, we never mass-produce or keep large frozen stocks, ensuring every bun is as fresh as possible.
How to prepare?
1. Take out the mantou from the freezer.
2. Defrost the mantou about 15 mins room temperature or chiller overnight.
3. Boil a pot of water.
4. Steam the mantau for 7 mins.
5. Ready to serve
