Our Black Sesame Mantou is made with a lot of care and tradition. We start by slowly toasting the best black sesame seeds to bring out their deep, nutty smell. Instead of using a machine, we hand-grind the seeds to keep their natural oils and rich texture. We then mix this sesame into our dough using a "golden ratio" that we’ve perfected over time. This creates a perfect balance where the sesame is bold and fragrant, but not too strong. The result is a soft, fluffy bun that smells amazing and tastes naturally delicious in every bite.

Our mantou are available chilled or frozen. If you're lucky, you can even get them fresh out of the steamer! Because we work in small batches, we never mass-produce or keep large frozen stocks, ensuring every bun is as fresh as possible.
How to prepare?
1. Take out the mantou from the freezer.
2. Defrost the mantou about 15 mins room temperature or chiller overnight.
3. Boil a pot of water.
4. Steam the mantau for 7 mins.
5. Ready to serve
